Radio Show is Finished!!

Here's the Pompous Playhouse gang along with guest stars (minus Jordan with the camera). Here we just finished recording the last piece of the first show! (which of course is fully edited and ready for broadcast now)

What are the officials up to?

Hello everyone, just thought you should know what's been going on at headquarters. We are in the process of finalizing our club constitution and pinpointing our faculty advisor. Soon enough we shall have an official legal club, then all those activities we've been planning can finally come into play. The VP and I were out surveying today, almost everyone on who lives on campus has heard of us and most of the college kids we talked to are excited to take part in the events we have planned, foremost, the Homeless Kissing Booth. As a growing community organization, we have decided to do a charity fund raiser, we will have 4FC members, a stuffed animal, and a plant available for people to kiss for a buck or so, and all proceeds will be going to the local homeless shelter. We may not be able to get this set up for a few months, but if any of you are willing to take a shift at the booth please let us know so we can more easliy organize this.

How 'Bout a Little Appreciation?!

I just want to take some time here to personally thank all of you wonderful people who have been helping out with the radio show, I know it is a long and grueling process, but I believe we've come a long way, and the results will prove to be well worth the effort! Remember, you might not always live on the fourth floor, but the spirit of the 4FC will go on forever!!

The word is out!

Last night at my Student Senate meeting, I was discussing the 4FC with some of my fellow senators and Dr. Branden (who was visiting) said she'd heard of us! It proves the power of the 4FC when professors are hearing about it!

Meetings In General

Listen up 4FC members and officers, we are having an all-inclusive meeting next Monday, the 11th of October, at 7:00pm outside of Pine Hall. This is a meeting for all members and officers, we want to see a lot of faces so drag your floormates out to the event. There will be some discussion about the club itself, anyone who missed the chance last Tuesday to tell us their ideas about what events they would like to see us host can share with us then. Also, there will be some activities and fun stuff planned that will surely embarrass half of us, and entertain the rest.

On another note, we are planning to hold officer meetings every Monday, and full member meetings every other week, also on Mondays, stay tuned for details.

RADIO SHOW?

You heard right, from the president that brought you the 4FC, we now have local internet radio opportunities!! My cohorts and I are designing a radioshow for an hour timeslot on B-rock, most of the format is already set up, but we need voice actors and side clips, if you want to help out or be a part of this rediculous project, let us know, tell us your idea, and/or set up a time to meet with us.
Remember, this is independent of the 4FC, so floor rules don't apply, it is open to all. The show is tentatively entitled, "Pompous Playhouse." I'll be waiting to hear from some of you.

It's All Good!

We had a number of great ideas generated at our last minute meeting on Tuesday, it's thrilling to see so much support. Anyhow, this isn't a one time deal people, anytime you have an idea at all about what you'd like to see the 4fc host, or some activity we should do as a group, just drop us an e-mail, we'll do what we can!

We'll be sifting through some of these requests and we should be starting into a few of these activities very soon, so keep in touch.
